Job Summary
To support innovative product development in the medical device industry, the full-time Senior Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to execute product development projects, ensuring goals are met within established timelines and budgets.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the execution of product development programs in accordance with established processes and procedures
- Develop detailed project work plans and schedules while managing product requirements and traceability
- Facilitate design reviews and risk management activities, coordinating with technical partners and vendors
Required qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years managing technical product development, specifically in medical device capital equipment
- 10+ years of engineering experience in product development, preferably within the medical device industry
- Experience with phase-gate development processes required
- Portfolio Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
