Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
To drive the success of multiple facets of data center projects, the remote Senior Project Manager will manage commissioning efforts, oversee design phases, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure project compliance with specifications and schedules.
Key responsibilities
- Lead RFP development, budgeting, and pre-bid oversight
- Manage project schedules, conduct meetings, and maintain monthly reports
- Coordinate with design-build contractors and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in managing construction and/or CX projects
- Experience in MEP construction management is required
- Datacenter experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and PROCORE
