Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading Agile delivery teams, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee programmatic, financial, and personnel aspects of software development initiatives for a Federal Government customer in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between government clients and internal teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery
- Lead complex Agile development efforts while defining project scope, phases, deliverables, and evaluation criteria
- Manage full project lifecycle activities, including budgeting, staffing, vendor coordination, and release planning
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale, complex IT projects
- Demonstrated experience managing Agile software development teams
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust clearance
- Prior experience supporting federal government contracts is preferred
