Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time Senior Associate Project Manager will support the planning and execution of creative initiatives across campaigns, branding, and packaging in a remote environment, ensuring efficient project coordination and communication among cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the management of creative projects from intake through final delivery across campaigns and brand initiatives
• Build and maintain project timelines, trackers, and documentation while coordinating project kickoffs and stakeholder communications
• Track project progress, identify risks, and assist with resource tracking to balance team capacity and project needs

Required qualifications:

• 2-5+ years of experience in project management, creative operations, or marketing operations
• Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns or creative development
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management tools and systems
• Desire to grow into larger project leadership and operational management responsibilities
