Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving complex enterprise customer implementations, the full-time Senior Project Manager will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure operational efficiency in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex, concurrent enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff to sign-off
• Manage project scope, milestones, resources, and quality control to meet deadlines and budgets
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, proactively identifying and mitigating project risks

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management for customer-facing enterprise technical projects
• Experience managing clients in Financial Services, Government, or Healthcare industries
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-visibility client engagements in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in modern project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Workspace
• Fluent written and spoken English skills are essential
