Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading complex, enterprise customer implementations, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will drive end-to-end delivery of customer projects, ensuring deployment success and operational efficiency while acting as a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, concurrent, enterprise-level customer projects from kickoff to sign-off
- Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and technical dependencies while managing stakeholder alignment
- Partner with PS leadership to refine and maintain the PMO governance framework and recommend continuous improvements
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of direct Project Management experience in a Professional Services or Consulting organization
- Experience managing customers from Financial Services, Government, or Healthcare industries
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex, high-visibility client engagements concurrently
- Expert knowledge of modern project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Google Workspace
- Fluent written and spoken English skills
