Job Summary

Leading multiple complex initiatives remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage diverse project types, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver strategic solutions to achieve client goals across a national and global commercial real estate portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive efficiency and consistency across concurrent projects while serving as the primary client contact
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and alignment among diverse parties
• Lead project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring operational excellence

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in real estate, project, or program management
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects across different markets
• Experience with the full real estate lifecycle, from planning to occupancy
• Strong understanding of real estate development processes, approvals, and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or engineering (advanced degrees preferred)
