Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the delivery of complex projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will orchestrate large-scale initiatives across software features, digital content, and service design in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale initiatives, managing dependencies between various teams and deliverables
• Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project health and timely delivery
• Facilitate planning and execution meetings, ensuring clear objectives and documented ownership for team accountability

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience managing complex projects in EdTech, software, or creative publishing
• Deep experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies combined with Waterfall/Stage-Gate discipline for print production
• Expert-level proficiency in project management tools such as Jira and Smartsheet
• Strong ability to communicate technical concepts across diverse teams
• Experience with strategic resource planning and vendor management
