Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end execution of large-scale initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Manager will orchestrate complex project deliveries, drive risk mitigation, and facilitate team collaboration in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of intricate projects, managing dependencies across writing, design, digital tooling, and physical production
• Map and manage high-stakes timelines to ensure project milestones are met effectively
• Identify and mitigate project risks, while serving as a communication hub for project status and stakeholder updates

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience managing complex projects in EdTech, software, or creative publishing
• Fluency in hybrid methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall/Stage-Gate disciplines
• Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and experience with similar project management tools
• Strong ability to communicate technical issues to diverse stakeholders
• Understanding of the unique challenges in delivering blended products for both digital and physical formats
