Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end delivery of an integrated asset integrity and risk platform, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure alignment with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated project plan, managing phase-gate milestones and delivery cadence
• Oversee the program risk register and budget tracking, ensuring timely identification and mitigation of risks
• Prepare executive updates and steering committee materials, ensuring clear communication of program health and decisions required

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing complex software or technology programs, with at least 3 years in multi-workstream roles
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of program delivery outcomes in regulated environments
• Strong experience with Agile delivery at scale and phase-gated executive governance
• Proven ability to establish and manage decision logs, risk registers, and executive dashboards
• Experience managing external customer or partner commitments as part of the delivery plan
