Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multiyear Agentic AI program, the full-time Senior Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Digital & Technology, and Change Management in a remote setting, ensuring disciplined execution of multiple AI agent deployments and managing dependencies and risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage integrated project plans for the delivery of a multi-year AI transformation agenda
- Coordinate delivery across discovery, pilot, scale, and optimization phases for AI agents and intelligent workflows
- Establish program governance, reporting, and executive-level updates while ensuring alignment between delivery and operational adoption
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of senior project or program management experience in enterprise transformation
- Proven delivery of AI, automation, or complex digital transformation programs
- Strong understanding of Agile/hybrid delivery in regulated enterprise environments
- Experience working with HR, shared services, or employee-facing platforms strongly preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
