Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for managing complex projects in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Project Manager will oversee project programming, planning, and activation, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with regulations while acting as a liaison among stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project intake, team development, and documentation of objectives and processes while maintaining project schedules and risk assessments
• Manage relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project outcomes and effective communication of project status
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of project completion, including tracking milestones, managing budgets, and conducting post-project reviews

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
• Five years of progressively responsible work experience, with a preference for seven years in project leadership roles
• Experience managing complex corporate-wide programs or initiatives, preferably with consulting experience
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera
• Lean Six Sigma Certification and PMP - Project Management Professional certification preferred
