Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the global transition of IT Managed Services, the contract Senior Project Manager will manage project plans, coordinate vendor communications, and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams, with a preference for onsite work in the Minneapolis, MN area but remote work is also available with occasional onsite visits.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and manage project scope, schedules, costs, and overall status reporting
• Organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams
• Provide stakeholders with timely updates and manage vendor communications to ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables

Required qualifications

• Minimum of four years of relevant project management experience, preferably five or more
• Experience leading large, global implementations in IT managed services
• Strong project leadership and vendor coordination skills
• Ability to identify and manage implementation risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Previous client experience in a plant support environment is preferred
