Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, the full-time Senior Project Manager will define project scope, develop comprehensive plans, and coordinate resources while ensuring alignment with business objectives in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies for successful project execution
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress clearly with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-7 years of proven experience managing projects in a Patient Services Hub or specialty pharmacy environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar)
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
