Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading multiple facets of data center projects, the remote Senior Project Manager will manage commissioning activities, oversee design phases, and coordinate with stakeholders while ensuring project success and compliance with specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Manage RFP development, budgeting, and pre-bid oversight for commissioning projects
- Conduct project meetings, maintain schedules, and oversee day-to-day operations, including contractor coordination and physical construction activities
- Engage with customers for sales fulfillment and submit monthly project financial reports, including forecasting and cash flow analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in managing construction and/or commissioning projects, with a preference for data center experience
- Experience in MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with PROCORE
- PMP certification is a plus
