Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Driving the successful migration of a complex Equity Management platform, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage multiple concurrent enterprise migrations, serving as the primary customer advocate while collaborating with product and engineering teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing engagement throughout migration projects, serving as the primary point of contact for enterprise banking clients
• Collaborate with customers and product team to design highly customized solutions that address complex, unique business requirements
• Manage multiple concurrent migrations with varying complexity levels, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across time zones

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in direct client-facing product roles with a proven track record managing large-scale enterprise deliverables
• Deep understanding of enterprise software implementations and system integrations
• Proven ability to manage complex, highly customized customer projects while maintaining product integrity
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with experience working between customers, product, and engineering
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and vice versa
