Job Summary
Managing multidisciplinary teams remotely, the freelance Senior Project Manager will oversee agency projects across multichannel tactics, ensuring effective execution on time and within budget while maintaining team engagement and adherence to processes.
Key responsibilities
- Drive internal agency processes, keeping teams motivated and productive throughout project duration
- Partner with Project Planners and resource managers to execute established estimates and assign Creative team members to projects
- Conduct risk analysis to identify potential roadblocks and lead discussions on issue resolutions
Required qualifications
- BS or BA degree or relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience in advertising or marketing project management
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with project management software is preferred
