Job Summary

Driving end-to-end operational excellence, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage significant projects and strategic initiatives remotely, ensuring efficient processes and compliance while leading cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive operational excellence by measuring and executing processes to reduce risks and ensure program efficiency
• Manage multiple cross-functional work groups to optimize program processes and improve internal visibility
• Develop and maintain executive reporting materials to keep senior leadership informed on projects and initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
• 6+ years of program and project management experience in the healthcare sector
• 6+ years of experience in change management and process improvement
• 6+ years of experience solving operational problems within health plans
