Job Summary

To drive end-to-end operational excellence, the remote Senior Project Manager will manage significant projects and strategic initiatives, leveraging subject matter expertise to coordinate cross-functional work groups and ensure compliance with regulations while developing executive reporting materials.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive operational excellence by measuring and monitoring processes to reduce risks and ensure efficiency
• Manage multiple cross-functional work groups to optimize program processes and improve visibility
• Lead and coordinate various projects and initiatives while developing and presenting reports to senior leadership

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience
• 6+ years of program and project management experience in the healthcare sector
• 6+ years of experience in change management and process improvement
• 6+ years of experience solving operational problems within health plans
