Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the EPC phase for PV and BESS projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will coordinate with various teams to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while maintaining high customer satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with safety targets and quality goals on assigned projects
• Manage key deliverables from design, procurement, and construction through project closeout
• Directly manage construction contracts and coordinate internal and external resources to achieve project goals

Required qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in PV and BESS construction or operations
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management and/or construction of power generation, preferably solar
• Experience in construction/subcontractor contract negotiations and administration
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
