Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead complex corrective campaigns across North America, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage customer portfolios, oversee major corrective workstreams, and ensure operational excellence while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and ensure compliance with standards and regulations across all projects
• Serve as the primary operational contact for customer portfolios, building executive-level relationships and driving satisfaction
• Own execution strategy and financial performance for major corrective workstreams, ensuring timely project delivery and budget adherence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or equivalent field experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing wind energy, heavy industrial, construction, outage, or major maintenance projects
• Demonstrated experience leading complex corrective maintenance campaigns
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, and change order recovery
• PMP certification is preferred
