Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of project managers, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee project management activities within the clinical portfolio for a key client, focusing on coaching, development, and performance management while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate workflow, processes, and portfolio metrics for the Programs and Projects team
• Execute projects while supporting process development, program improvement, and quality initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 10 or more years of related project management experience
• Advanced project management skills with a strong understanding of client relations and contract negotiations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable in architectural/engineering drawings and construction concepts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate data effectively to achieve project goals
