Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing capital improvement projects remotely, the full-time Senior Project Manager will oversee programming, planning, design, construction, and closeout processes while ensuring projects meet budget and schedule requirements for high-profile retail branch initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-specific goals, schedules, and budgets while maintaining client and JLL standards
• Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and understanding of deliverables
• Manage project performance against schedules and milestones, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate real estate management or construction management
• Proficiency in developing detailed project budgets based on historical and market data
• Experience with ADA requirements and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
