Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry managing Property/Casualty IT projects
- 8 years of experience in Agile and Scrum project management with software development teams
- Proven track record of coaching and transitioning teams in agile maturity at all organizational levels
- Proficiency with Jira Software, Jira Plans, and Confluence
- Experience with Property and Casualty systems
