Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading project initiatives in a hybrid environment, the full-time Senior Project Manager will develop project scope and timelines, apply Lean/Agile practices, and manage cross-functional teams focused on plant-related infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft project charters and develop comprehensive project plans with stakeholder input
- Manage project execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule and within budget
- Oversee project closure activities, including stakeholder sign-off and documentation of lessons learned
Required qualifications:
- University/college degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 7 to 10 years of Project Management experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Scrum Agile methodologies
- Expert-level understanding of project budget management
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure and key applications
