Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading project initiatives in a hybrid environment, the full-time Senior Project Manager will develop project scope and timelines, apply Lean/Agile practices, and manage cross-functional teams focused on plant-related infrastructure projects.
Key responsibilities
- Draft project charters, develop project plans, and establish budgets while ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Manage project execution, including tracking deliverables, quality assurance, and budget management
- Facilitate project closure by securing stakeholder sign-off and documenting lessons learned
Required qualifications
- University/college degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 7 to 10 years of Project Management experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience with Scrum Agile methodologies preferred
- Expert-level understanding of complex project assignments and IT infrastructure
- Advanced knowledge of project budget management and capital expenditure oversight
