Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

To lead innovative projects, the hybrid Senior Project Manager will manage client deliverables, define project scope, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality outcomes and effective financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the project lead, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client satisfaction and business requirements
• Define project scope, draft statements of work (SOWs), estimate budgets, and produce timelines aligned with client needs
• Interface with marketing, technical, and creative leads to ensure project solutions meet customer requirements

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an agency setting
• Experience in fully integrated delivery, including marketing, technical, and digital sectors
• Healthcare or pharma experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Solid understanding of project management methodology and risk management
