Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Taking ownership of onboarding and implementation projects, the remote Senior Project Manager will manage the full project lifecycle for new and existing customers, ensuring fast, high-value implementations and successful transitions to the Customer Success team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to transition, following established methodologies
• Identify and implement strategies to accelerate project timelines, ensuring customers quickly realize value from the platform
• Conduct regular project status meetings and maintain ongoing communication with project teams and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a software or energy/sustainability environment
• PMP certification
• Experience implementing enterprise software or energy-related projects
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI tools to enhance project efficiency and execution
