Senior Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multiyear Agentic AI program within HR, the full-time Senior Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and ensure disciplined execution across multiple AI deployments in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage integrated project plans for the delivery of a multi-year AI transformation agenda
- Coordinate dependencies between HR subject matter experts, product owners, and vendors throughout various project phases
- Establish program governance and provide executive-level updates on milestones and risks
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of senior project or program management experience in enterprise transformation
- Proven delivery of AI, automation, or complex digital transformation programs
- Strong understanding of Agile/hybrid delivery in regulated enterprise environments
- Experience working with HR, shared services, or employee-facing platforms preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
