Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading cross-functional projects and driving business process improvements, the full-time Senior Project Manager will manage multiple complex projects remotely, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while mentoring team members and maintaining stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project budgets and vendor contracts to ensure projects deliver value within budgetary constraints
• Build and manage detailed project plans, holding stakeholders accountable for timely task completion
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for the PMO, implementing various methodologies to enhance performance and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 7+ years of relevant industry experience
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record of driving measurable business improvements
• Project Management certifications (PMP preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project)
• Experience managing complex change initiatives with multiple stakeholders
