Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex technology projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager will plan, establish, and manage enterprise transformation initiatives remotely, ensuring alignment with business needs and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, tracking milestones and coordinating activities to ensure successful project execution
• Lead project teams through initiatives by fostering collaboration, providing direction, and maintaining project momentum with stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks, optimizing team capacity and recommending process improvements for operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field required
• Seven or more years of progressive project management experience, including leading full-lifecycle implementations of large-scale enterprise platforms
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification required
• Experience managing enterprise software vendors and systems integrators, including change-order control and deliverable acceptance criteria
• Demonstrated ownership of ERP implementation phases, including requirements analysis, configuration, and post go-live stabilization
