Senior Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, the remote Senior Project Manager will manage project delivery, drive stakeholder communication, and ensure governance and continuous improvement for business transformation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project setup, planning, and execution, including managing timelines, deliverables, and risk escalation
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings and deliver executive-ready communications on project health and progress
• Ensure adherence to project management standards and identify opportunities for improvement in project delivery practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or Operations
• 8+ years of project management experience with complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently and create structure in ambiguous environments
• Experience with project governance, delivery lifecycle, and executive reporting
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
