Senior Project Manager, Accounting

Job Summary

Managing Virtual F&I Standardization projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager, Accounting will assess customer needs, ensure timely project milestones, and communicate effectively with clients while working remotely from anywhere in the USA.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the clean-up and standardization of accounting chart of accounts and prepare necessary financial statements
• Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring customer expectations are met and tasks are on track
• Act as a subject matter expert on accounting processes and maintain Salesforce projects with detailed documentation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with CDK Accounting applications and standardizations
• Strong knowledge of chart of accounts file structure and DMS file structure
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time and assignments independently
• Desire to mentor team members and develop best practices for team growth
