Senior Project Manager - AI

Job Summary

To support a key client in the global science and technology sector, the remote contract Senior Project Manager - AI will manage a portfolio of AI-related agreements and cross-functional technology initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and driving projects from initial review through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple AI and technology vendor agreement initiatives, ensuring timely completion through internal approvals
• Coordinate activities across various stakeholders, including Legal, Technology, Security, and Procurement teams
• Document decisions, track actions, and maintain visibility into the status of agreements and related workstreams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology project management or program management within complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional technology initiatives and vendor agreements
• Strong understanding of processes for evaluating and onboarding enterprise technology vendors
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and stakeholders
• Proven experience in requirements gathering and business analysis
