Senior Project Manager, AI Transformation

Job Summary

Leading critical IT initiatives for an enterprise-wide AI transformation program, the full-time remote Senior Project Manager, AI Transformation will manage multiple projects, ensuring execution excellence and financial visibility while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of concurrent projects aligned with the AI transformation roadmap
• Drive coordination across initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities
• Establish comprehensive project plans and provide clear reporting to senior leadership on progress and risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 8+ years of project management experience in IT or digital transformation initiatives
• Proven experience managing cross-functional, globally distributed teams
• Strong executive communication skills for engaging and influencing senior leaders
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet
