Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead complex Energy Performance Contracting and Design Build construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of EPC and Design Build projects, ensuring contractual compliance and profitability
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and oversee subcontractor and vendor selection and performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and facilitate project meetings and decision-making processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of seven years of project management experience in EPC, ESCO, and/or Design Build construction
• Proven track record managing complex mechanical, electrical, controls, and renewable energy projects
• Valid Driver's License in good standing
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CEM, CMVP, or LEED AP are preferred
