Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management and business process improvement
• Experience in change management or operational initiatives
• Demonstrated success in delivering measurable project outcomes
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred
