Senior Project Manager - Catastrophic

Job Summary

Owning multiple customer portfolios, the full-time Senior Project Manager - Catastrophic will lead complex, high-risk wind turbine corrective campaigns across North America, ensuring customer satisfaction, financial performance, and operational excellence in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Champion safety and compliance across all projects while driving quality improvements and corrective actions
• Manage customer relationships and develop execution strategies aligned with fleet priorities and contractual commitments
• Oversee financial performance and vendor management for major corrective workstreams, ensuring timely project execution and budget adherence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or equivalent field experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing wind energy, heavy industrial, construction, outage, or major maintenance projects
• Demonstrated experience leading complex maintenance campaigns and managing customer relationships
• Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, and change order recovery
• PMP certification is preferred
