Senior Project Manager, Clinical Trials

Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for customers on assigned projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager, Clinical Trials will manage a portfolio of clinical trials in Imaging and Cardiac Safety Solutions, ensuring adherence to project timelines and compliance with regulatory requirements, while working remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans and timelines, coordinating cross-functional activities to meet project deliverables
• Act as the main point of contact for customer communication, conducting routine teleconferences and maintaining accurate project documentation
• Oversee revenue forecasting, tracking, and invoicing processes, updating budgets and contracts as necessary

Required qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent education/work experience
• At least five years of relevant work experience in a customer-focused role, with a minimum of one year in project management within the clinical trial industry preferred
• Experience in Imaging or Cardiac projects is preferred, but not required
• Advanced English fluency required for business communication
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time as needed
