Senior Project Manager - CLM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager for Contracts Solutions (CLM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management for CLM engagements, overseeing timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables
• Advise clients on implementation strategy, configuration, testing, and user adoption as a CLM subject matter expert
• Conduct current-state assessments and develop tailored future-state process designs for clients' contract management processes

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in CLM consulting or legal operations with a proven track record in project leadership
• Deep expertise in CLM platforms and contract management processes
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing large-scale CLM projects
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience with GenAI capabilities within CLM platforms
