Job Summary

Senior Project Manager, CLM, is a full-time remote position responsible for leading CLM implementations and consulting projects, overseeing project management activities, and acting as a subject matter expert in Contract Lifecycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management for CLM engagements, ensuring project milestones are met
• Conduct current-state assessments and develop tailored future-state process designs
• Contribute to the development of CLM AI services and mentor junior consultants

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in CLM consulting or legal operations with project leadership experience
• Deep expertise in CLM platforms and contract management processes
• Strong project management skills with familiarity in AI/ML concepts
• Analytical mindset with the ability to design scalable CLM solutions
