Job Summary
Leading the delivery of clinical outcome assessment localization and electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment programs, the full-time Senior Project Manager, COA will manage projects from initial intake through final delivery, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and improving operational processes, while working remotely from the East Coast.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary operational contact for localization and eCOA requests, coordinating project kickoffs with study teams and stakeholders
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and risks across multiple global and local studies
- Oversee automation-enabled eCOA questionnaire migrations and evaluate outputs for readiness issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Languages, Clinical Research, or related discipline
- At least five years of relevant experience in clinical localization, clinical operations, or project management
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of multilingual content development and localization workflows
- Direct experience with Clinical Outcome Assessments and electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments is highly preferred
