Job Summary

Leading remote projects for a diverse range of clients, the full-time Senior Project Manager, Construction will manage all aspects of project planning, budgeting, and execution while ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional project management services by overseeing planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, preferably in commercial real estate
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
