Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Project Manager, CX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices
  • Build and develop detailed project plans aligned with customer requirements and the Statement of Work
  • Lead multiple projects concurrently while tracking action items and enforcing accountability across stakeholders
Required Qualifications
  • University/Bachelor's degree, with PMP Certification
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations within a Telecoms environment
  • Proven track record managing multiple projects and serving as the primary client contact
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and managing risks proactively
  • Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
