Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Client Services Project Manager, CX.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure, ensuring adherence to project management best practices
- Build and develop detailed project plans aligned with customer requirements and the Statement of Work (SOW)
- Lead multiple projects concurrently while tracking action items and enforcing accountability across stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- University/Bachelor's degree with PMP Certification
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations within a Telecoms environment
- Proven track record managing multiple projects and experience as the primary client contact
- Comfortable working with technical teams and skilled in developing detailed project plans
- Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
