Senior Project Manager, Data Center

Job Summary

Leading complex commercial real estate projects, the full-time Senior Project Manager, Data Center will manage project delivery activities, act as the primary client representative, and foster cross-business collaboration in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure the successful completion of multi-disciplined Advanced Technologies Commercial Real Estate projects
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service
• Coordinate communication and workflow between various departments, third-party partners, and clients to ensure seamless service integration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Science or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering discipline; advanced degrees are desirable
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in the Design and Construction industry, with 7+ years in Commercial Real Estate Project Management
• Proven track record in managing complex commercial real estate and design/construction projects
• Experience with project controls solutions, including P3/Primavera and cost estimation
• PMP and LEED certifications preferred, with knowledge of a disciplined Project Management process (Six Sigma desirable)
