Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Data Centers, Project & Development Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business development efforts in new sectors and local markets
• Manage multi-disciplined Advanced Technologies Commercial Real Estate projects
• Act as the primary client representative, ensuring exceptional service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; advanced degrees preferred
• 5 to 10+ years of experience in Design and Construction industry
• 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience
• Proven track record in managing complex commercial Real Estate projects
• PMP and LEED certifications preferred
