Senior Project Manager, Drug Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director/Senior Project Manager, Drug Development, FSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of cross-functional projects, ensuring quality, cost, and time expectations are met
• Serve as the primary liaison between the sponsor and the organization at the project level
• Drive risk identification and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Program or Project Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment
• 10 years of drug development experience across various phases and disease areas
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• Strong understanding of pre-clinical drug development activities and commercial activities
