Senior Project Manager - Fintech

Job Summary

To lead the delivery of a mobile app ecosystem in a fully remote capacity, the Senior Project Manager - Fintech will manage cross-functional teams, ensuring project predictability and governance while translating high-level visions into actionable tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Own project forecasts and maintain transparency in project tooling, ensuring timely identification of blockers
• Translate high-level product visions into detailed user stories and ensure tasks are ready for development
• Facilitate team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and uphold operational discipline in tracking and documentation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project/Delivery Management within Fintech or regulated environments
• Technical background in QA, Analysis, or Engineering with a solid understanding of APIs and backend architecture
• Experience adapting Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) for small, fast-moving teams
• Fluency in professional English and Russian
• Assertive mindset with the ability to challenge unrealistic requirements and estimates
