Senior Project Manager - Fintech

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Project Manager - Fintech, the fully remote role will manage the delivery lifecycle of a Mobile app ecosystem, ensuring products are scalable and secure while leading cross-functional teams through technical discovery to production.

Key responsibilities

• Own the project forecast and maintain transparency in project tooling, ensuring timely identification of blockers
• Translate high-level visions into actionable User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria, ensuring readiness for development
• Facilitate team dynamics, resolving conflicts and maintaining operational discipline in tracking and documentation

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT Project/Delivery Management within Fintech or regulated environments
• Technical background in QA, Analysis, or Engineering with a solid understanding of APIs and Backend architecture
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) tailored for small, fast-moving teams
• Professional proficiency in English and Russian
• Assertive mindset with the ability to challenge unrealistic estimates and requirements
